Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tech Talent Acquisition Rockstar to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Duties will include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Lead engagement and retention initiatives that reinforce our cultural narrative of growth, innovation, ownership, speed, collaboration, and inclusion
  • Handle recruitment activities end to end.
  • Provide management team monthly reports on HR and safety statistics, work in progress, recommendations, and initiatives.
  • Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employer branding activities, employees’ onboarding & offboarding.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • 3-5 Years of experience in human resources with at least 2 years of focused technical recruitment.
  • Excellent understanding of technology and technical skills.
  • Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, leadership and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a very dynamic, flexible, high paced culture.
  • Proactive nature and meticulous attention to details.
