About the role

This role reports to the Operations Manager – UAE.

What you’ll do

  • Drive captain onboarding and quality through training, performance framework and effective communication.
  • Onboarding and liaising with B2B accounts by understanding the use case, nature of operations and requirements.
  • Managing 3rd party supplier-captain support centres. Ensure timely and efficient flow of information sharing to address KPIs.
  • Ensure the relevant product features are discussed, prioritized, and rolled out in a timely manner to facilitate client needs.
  • Liaising with the sales team pre and post sales cycle to fulfill and address client requirements ensuring effective internal and external alignment.
  • Understanding and driving SWVL tech tools ranging from internal dashboards to external apps.
  • Owning the launch cycle of new accounts from ideation to execution.
  • Weekly reporting of KPIs, cascading to the relevant stakeholders and efficiently problem solving to drive experience KPIs.
  • Configuring the client and supplier financials to drive P&L visibility across stakeholders and owning other hygiene related activities.

What you bring to the team

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a relevant role in a tech driven company.
  • Excellent ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using SQL and other data analytics tools like Tableau / Looker etc is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google sheets Google slides and Powerpoint.
  • Willingness to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
