What You Will be Doing
- Responsible for delivering end-to-end high-quality Captain onboarding experience by conducting Vehicle Quality Checks, Captain training, and registering qualified captains on the platform
- Maintain close communication with external and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process
- Develop and optimize processes to enhance captain/vendor experience as well reduce onboarding lead times
What you need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Educated to Bachelors level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position
- Should be well versed in MS Excel.
