About the role:

As Experience Lead, you will be the journey of the drivers at Swvl. You will help in delivering the best experience for our customer base

What you will do:

  • Drive the overall experience of drivers on the platform
  • Develop long term plans to provide top-notch support to the captains remotely and in-person
  • Lead a team focusing on support and driver quality
  • Standardize experience for all drivers
  • Run driver retention programs and develop engagement initiatives
  • Drive CSAT and NPS metrics
  • Mitigating overall defect rate

What you will need:

  • SQL is a must
  • Google sheets/excel proficiency
  • Having experience of at least 1-2 years
  • Action oriented and drive for results
