What you’ll do
● Ensuring the customer success metrics are being delivered; fulfilment, reliability and liaison with the experience team to drive improvement
● Build a plan to move offline accounts to online
● Be the single point of contact for Customer Success Team in case there are escalations during live operations
● Project Management of Supply Experiments
● Coordinate with all supply capability functions (performance, OB and Support, live ops, payments) to ensure escalated issues are solved at priority
● Proactively build plans with respect to resources and quality, keeping in mind current and future business needs.
● Thought partnership and problem solving with Category team to drive certain key projects via processes, business initiatives or automations (app adoption, scaling economy vehicle type, problem solving to launch different use cases etc)
What you’ll need
● 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar domain/role
● Experience working effectively with internal and external partners in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment
