We are looking to hire an Onboarding & Support Specialist in KSA to be part of our Operations team to facilitate a great Captain & Supplier experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensuring the best captain and supplier experience at the time of onboarding and through ongoing support.
  • Devising and implementing an effective communications strategy for educating captains and suppliers
  • Create procedures for recording and reporting relevant data points to internal stakeholders
  • Working with internal stakeholders to implement process and product improvements
  • Managing the team, devise and monitor their KPIs

What You’ll Need

  • Experience working within a similar role for 2-3 years is highly desirable
  • Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent computer user
  • Ability to communicate in English & Arabic would be an advantage
