About the Role

Swvl is looking for an experienced leader to lead the entire consumer vertical of the product - Customer Domain. As a leader, the role is responsible for thinking about customer persona E2E. Lead various customer category teams and unify the platform to enable a highly engaging and sticky product for customers across geographies.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute crucially to organization's strategy and goals working with key leadership teams
  • Set and execute the vision of customer centricity in all the products we build
  • Enable scientific prioritization and impact driven product development for all the customer product teams
  • Expand consumer choices on the platform while being transparent and predictable through Marketplace flows
  • Understand existing systems and the information flow to analyze tradeoffs and make decisions in the face of ambiguity
  • Create milestones, prepare a project plan, evangelize and present timelines/updates to stakeholders across and outside the marketplace
  • Build and lead a cross-functional team, partnering with product, growth and ops to ship high impact marketplace solutions
  • Be a customer advocate, articulate their needs and deliver user-friendly solutions that solve their challenges

What You’ll Need

  • At Least 8-10 years of product & tech experience, working on at scale B2C product
  • Self-starter and proactive, ownership driven and resourceful
  • An entrepreneurial mindset comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, you rely on data to recognize what’s happening and define & measure success
  • Customer-obsessed mindset
  • Ability to clearly elaborate your thoughts and balance long term vision of the org with immediate business objectives
