• Work with different stakeholders across categories and finance to ensure system based payments and minimize manual adjustments.
  • Develop automations to create checks and balances/alert systems on non compliance in payouts to suppliers and captains.
  • Develop SOPs for different teams to adhere to, to minimize payment issues/ escalations from captains/suppliers.
  • Work on identifying ways to reduce the payment delays to suppliers/captains by automating all manual steps involved in payment processing.
  • Work with emerging categories [Taas & Travel] to identify the different business models [eg marketplace, on demand] planned in the new and existing markets and work with central teams to enable seamless operations for these categories across payments operations.
  • Work on developing a fool proof system to capture payment frauds
  • KPIs: % manual payments, payment processing time, %adjustments, %manual rides etc
  • Ideal Candidate: 5+ years as product ops in financial firm or with financial background, worked with APIs, extensive exp in Python/ data analysis and has moved or intends to move to business/ops roles.
