Role Responsibilities:

  • Being a Liaison between the Travel Category and the Marketing & Growth Teams, in order to drive plans and execution
  • Understand "Growth & Brand" needs of the category
  • Quantifying demand patterns to help with capacity placements
  • Proactively identify new avenues of demand including partnerships with institutions such as gated communities, governmental institutions, and other revenue generation collaborations with hospitality agencies etc
  • Drive user acquisition through alliances and offline channels
  • Help identify demand hubs through on-ground research and search data analysis to facilitate capacity placement and route making
  • Develop 'Swvl Mussafir' through development of corporate client base via official partnerships
  • Proactively work with universities and hostels to identify usage trends
  • Develop charter leads and business opportunities through alliances with tour operators
  • Understand and develop a plan to increase category revenue quarter over quarter

Role Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in growth and marketing roles
  • Creative mindset, with prior BTL execution knowledge
  • Knowledge of growth marketing metrics
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and basic SQL
  • Females highly encouraged to apply
