About the Talent Acquisition Analyst position

Talent Acquisition Analyst responsibilities are:

  • Implementing effective hiring plans

  • Participating company activities

  • Creating excellent experiences for candidates

  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

  • Performing screening activities

  • Assisting employees with their development

  • Overseeing HR activities

  • Planning job fairs, career days, etc.

Talent Acquisition Analyst requirements are:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition (with experience of International Talent Acquisition)

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Bar raiser, hustler, positive attitude and go-getter attitude

  • Great problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
