About the role

We are hiring for a Marketing Specialist in our marketing function, who will lead execution for the geography



What You will do

  • Develop city-focused marketing strategy and activities.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Connect with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute creative ideas and strategies for offline marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute offline user acquisition strategy.
  • Manage and execute employer branding activities.
  • Overlook design team execution and give feedback.
  • Assist marketing manager in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics.
  • Communicate and arrange with all communication suppliers & stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
  • Conduct market research about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through the appropriate communication medium.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics.


Skills & Knowledge:

  • Highly analytical. Comfortable with talking in numbers
  • Sound knowledge of Offline Marketing (ATL + BTL)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in handling creative productions
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Prior experience in A&P management
  • Experience in PR and Influencer Marketing rollouts
  • Multi tasking and a go getter
  • Must have a BBA degree with majors in Marketing
  • Tech savvy
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
